Sugar-free Chocolate Muffins

  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g of Whole-wheat flour
  • 100 g of sugar free dark chocolate in bar
  • 35g of sugar free cocoa powder
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid KADO MIX
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla KADO
  • 1 pinch of yeast

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a low fire little saucepan, melt the chocolate tablet with the butter and with some tablespoon of water which will help to mixture it better. Add also, chocolate powder so it melts with the rest. Stir it until you have a homogenous dough, then take the mixture from the fire. Pour the mixture into a bowl and beat with the eggs. Add the flour, the yeast, the liquid KADO MIX and beat it again. Add the oil, the KADO vanilla and stir it well. Once it gets homogeneous the dough is ready. Place it in shortbread molds and sprinkled with chocolate powder. Bake it about 20 minute. Then they are ready!
