Light Roll Cake (Light Swiss Roll Cake)

4 eggs
2 tablespoon skim milk powder
2 tablespoon of flour
Vegetal Spray
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon KADO sucralose
1 tablespoon of KADO vanilla essence
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, spray the oil on a tray and reserve. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites until stiff. On the other hand, beat the egg yolks with the baking powder, the KADO sucralose and the KADO vanilla essence. To the egg yolks preparation add the skim milk powder and the flour. Then add the egg whites. Mix the preparation with wrapping movements. Pour into the tray and cook for 10 minutes at medium temperature. Remove from the oven and demold by hitting the tray on a flat surface or butter paper. Reserve rolling until refilling. You can fill it with some sugar free jam or sugar free caramel sauce.
