Sugar-free red currant jelly

  • 500g of red currant
  • 12 g of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoon of KADO SUCRALOSE
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Wash well the red currants and cut them in pieces not too big. Add to the saucepan and cook over low heat, until they get soften and you can puree. Separate it from the fire and let it rest. Add the KADO sucralose and stir it well until you have integrate it all. If it isn’t so sweet, you can add more KADO sucralose. In other hand, prepare the gelatin (dissolving and letting it for a few minutes in a little cold water). Add the gelatin to the warm gelatin and stir it very good until you integrate it all. Save it in a glass jar into the fridge.
