SUGAR FREE BROWNIE

  • 2 tablespoon of whole-wheat flour
  • 5 peeled nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid KADO MIX
  • 220 mil of semi-skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs

Spray the mold with olive oil and sprinkle. Preheat the oven to medium temperature. In a bowl beat the eggs, the liquid KADO MIX and the vanilla KADO. When you have a homogeneous mixture, add the whole-wheat flour, the baking powder, the semi-skim milk and the cocoa. Once you have the whole dough, cut the nuts into small pieces and add to your dough. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
